Just a note. I hate the voice of the C-SPAN guy. I'm not sure but I just hate that voice. I imagine all the Scientology tapes have that voice on them.

On second thought, after hearing the first caller, maybe they have the C-SPAN guy heavily medicated so he can deal with the morons that call in. And that's why he sounds like he does. They have him drugged so he won't kill himself after listening to the loons that call in.
