And that is exactly why we had to have this debate and vote tonight. Murtha does have influence in this area. We needed a strong voice to counter that, and the Gentleman from Texas done good.
I believe Murtha is sincere, but wrong, and the peaceniks in his party are using him for their own ends.
I think he puts party before country. The Rats overextended themselves... The minute the POTUS and VPOTUS came out swinging and caught the rats in a lot of lies,,, they trotted out Murta, a "war hero" for cover. He disgraced himself by shielding unreconstructed Hippie America haters.
