That's the whole point. State your intentions! Are you a Representative of the United States or a represenative of the enemy?

If the Democrats are unwilling to support a call for withdrawal, either by a vote of present or actual absence, then it can be assumed that they oppose withdrawal of the troops and should shut up about it.
