Murtha is a pork king. Half of the buildings in Johnstown named after him. John P Murtha Cancer Center, Murtha Education Center, Murtha Center for Continuing Education, etc.
Figures - he was born in West Virginia. Probably lived down the creek from Sheets and drank some of the sewage.
