WHAT? They're voting on whether to vote on the vote they just voted on AGAIN? Shoot, either I'm having too much wine or I'm losing my mind...what's going on?
They voted on the rules surrounding the voting on the resolution. Now they are voting on the resolution.
LOL...this is how our tax dollars are spent. This is largely procedural. The vote they just took was to decide if they would vote on the issue at all- the issue being Murtha's Madness i.e. leaving Iraq NOW. In another hour- after we hear more soaring and/or slimy rhetoric- they'll vote.
