Yeahhhh Will SOMEONE please explain this all!!! Sheesh!!!!!!!!

As best as I could follow all day:

1. This morning they debated and voted on the "one day rule" to allow a debate and vote on the same day. That passed.

2. Then they debated on the rules of debate. That just happened.

3. If number 2 passes, then they go to the actual debate and vote. That should be coming up next.
