Yes. It is. It's taking so long it makes clear that the Dems don't mean what they are braying about. The vote should have been a snap decision by those Dems screeching for withdrawal.

I wonder if the Dems are calling in all the guys who had already gone home for the day. After all, it's Friday and, for Dems everywhere, the weekend begins after lunch.
