This is exactly the point. They cannot win. They can't defeat the resolution, but if they go along with it, they lose $$$ and support in their districts, creating more GOP seats. I like it. I like it a lot.
The 30 or 40 far leftists will vote for it because their seats are safe. Still think the Dems will walk out if the Pubs even go ahead with the vote.
