No this is Yeas for taking a vote on the resolution.

We are currently winning 202-201 30 left to vote 22 R 8 D

A "Yea" vote merely allows a vote on the withdrawal.

What's being voted on now is a procedural motion to bring the vote to the floor on the same day it was introduced. This is not the "big one". They're deciding if it will come to a vote.
