..."A democracy like ours is not going to tolerate perpetual war."...Just curious, at what point did OP Iraqi Freedom become a perpetual war?

Republicans, Neocons, Conservatives - I don't care what you call them. These are ones who WANT to kill innocent people. They are the ones who WANT to destroy our Environment. They are the ones who WANT to lie and cheat and steal. They are the ones who say SCREW you - gimme gimme gimme.

Yes, Mr. Dog, we Americans understand your frustration. And before our next session, we'd like you to look into the word "transference". I'm sorry, but our time is up for this week. Please see the receptionist for a parking token.

You also claim that there weren't any drones, yet Iraq launched two during the war, and the Deulfer report lists a few that our troops came across.
http://www.foia.cia.gov/duelfer/Iraqs_WMD_Vol3.pdf

Also, more than one chemical artillery shell was indeed found in Iraq.
Mustard gas shells and Sarin shells.
Remember the Sarin shells rigged as IED's?

You must listen to it a lot more than I do. Nina Totenberg is probably the best reporter there is working the supreme court. I don't know of her political views. When she reports on the verbatim dialogue between justices and advocates I don't see how a liberal bias can be detected. Daniel Schorr is the only "talent" who's paid for his opinion, but I figure he's just an old curmudgeon, kinda like Andy Rooney, old enough to have earned his flights into folly without being taken very seriously. Never heard of Diane Rehm.

Can you name a single, full time, on air, conservative NPR talent?

No, nor can I name a single liberal talent.

This reminds me of what happens when my cat gets hold of some poor unfortunate lizard or something. Are ya'll going in for the kill now, or let it crawl off and lick its wounds?

Somehow, I don't think Mr. Snoopy is enjoying a very successful life with such an attitude.

"gimme, gimme, gimme?"

The only thing I want from the government is freedom and fairly well-paved roads.
