It has been brought to the administration's attention that a part-time instructor, Mr. John Daly, speaking for himself and using his personal email.

Personal email? Did this student send emails to the faculty members personal accounts? If this guys email address has .edu as an extension, I don't believe that would be a personal email address, would it?

And even if it was his HotMail account (which I highly doubt), there seems to be a double standard (what a shock) considering the Duquesne University student who was threatened with expulsion over a comment he wrote on his FACE profile.
