Vatican Official Refutes Intelligent Design

VATICAN CITY (AP) -- The Vatican's chief astronomer said Friday that "intelligent design" isn't science and doesn't belong in science classrooms, the latest high-ranking Roman Catholic official to enter the evolution debate in the United States.

The Rev. George Coyne, the Jesuit director of the Vatican Observatory, said placing intelligent design theory alongside that of evolution in school programs was "wrong" and was akin to mixing apples with oranges.

"Intelligent design isn't science even though it pretends to be," the ANSA news agency quoted Coyne as saying on the sidelines of a conference in Florence. "If you want to teach it in schools, intelligent design should be taught when religion or cultural history is taught, not science."

His comments were in line with his previous statements on "intelligent design" - whose supporters hold that the universe is so complex that it must have been created by a higher power.

Lastly "truth" is not "vile" or prejudiced" Truth is what it is, "truth".

One very important aspect of speaking the truth is to refrain from misrepresenting the doctrinal position of your opponent. Insinuating that homosexual priests are officially accepted by the Roman Catholic Church, besides being totally irrelevant to a discussion of ID, Creation and the interpretation of Genesis, is what is vile. The truth is not vile. I rebuke you in the Lord. Repent, apologize, and you will be forgiven. It will be good for your soul.

Vatican's Evolutionists

Catholics should wonder why Vatican constanly issuing a stout defence of
Charles Darwin's Fraudulent Communist Religion "Theory of Evolution".
Now we have Vatican's high ranked Cardinal claiming
that the Genesis description of how God created the universe and Darwin's
theory of evolution were "perfectly compatible" if the Bible were read correctly.
Looks like that 150 million martyrs who were tortured and killed by communists
since 1917 in the name of "Theory of Evolution" did not read their Bible correctly.
I am sure that Vatican's Evolutionists will one day declare St. Peter as the First Communist
and Communism as perfectly compatible with the Bible.
Considering that we are made on the Image of God according to the Bible
and that we evolved from monkeys according to Vatican, God must look like a King Kong.
