I wonder if this person can actually read, or is he one of those illiterate "teachers".

This reminds me of Jay Leno's "Jay watch", when he was on the street asking people how many dimes there are in a dollar.

Actually, there are 5 dimes in a dollar, two sets of them. There are also 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 dimes in a dollar.
