I remembered you, but I wrote dharlow. So sorry, but it was great to meet you.
Please come back to WR when you can.
Have a great celebration!
See you at WRAMC, bmw. Safe traveling.
On wings of eagles he comes for our gathering of eagles.
Which game is that, JVb?
Thank you for coming out last Friday, VHarlow. Your grandson is a great kid!
See you at WRAMC, Landry Fan. Welcome back!
At least one FReeper will bring a supply of hot air and it will be welcome tonight.
Hey, are we ridin' again tonight? I want the red tricycle this time.
First-timers don't often return, once they are educated by the words and signs from our side. Many of the peace crowd haven't done their homework, it seems; and they are shocked to hear that Code Pink's financial aid doesn't go to the US troops that they say they support, but to the insurgents killing our troops in Iraq. You should see the faces, especially when we let them know that Code Pink is also planning a trip to Cuba for New Years to celebrate the communist revolution down their, with their hero Comrade Fidel.
And one other thing... Code Pink promotes their WRAMC protest as a somber, respectful vigil. But with "Sing Along with Perry" as their headliner for a couple of months now, the somber, respectful vigil has become a little party, with singing, dancing, cheering and applause -- sometimes right beside their "Quiet Zone" sign.
They're in a real QUAGMIRE, I tell ya'.
See you tonight with layers and layers on. Great seeing you and your son last night.

Can someone explain how "squeegee guy" obtained this nickname?
Bump...I am up and reading...Thanks!
Big old BUMP!!!!!
Way to go guys. I hope to be back in December.
YES! YES! THAT'S THE ONE! THAT'S THE ONE!
Then Eric started going out into the middle of the street (when the light was red) to talk to the drivers of the stopped cars. I started yelling, "Squeegee your window for a buck?! Squeegee your window for a buck?!". Then he became "Professor Squeegee" or just "Squeege" for short.
Thanks, guys, for what you do. I hope to be able to join you one of these weeks, if I get a chance to come to DC. It's kind of a tough commute from Iowa.... I do feel that these actions are vital to keep the fact that there are far more supporters of the President and the war than there are protestors - they just get more publicity.
Regarding your "Community College photographer" last week: Why is it that these women (womyn?) always have that same mousy look?
You all are awesome.
It was great to be with everyone.
Nice picture. I'll have to make sure my wife sees it.
At one point she said to me (after I had mentioned Code Pink sending money to Fallujah) that we ought to work Zarqawi into a chant. Right off the top of my head (which I can hardly afford; there's enough off the top of my head, thank you), I came up with:
Zowie! Wowie!
They love Zarqawi!
It got to be quite a popular chant in our section.
Boy, those Code Pinkos are really gutless, aren't they? They stand there singing '60s songs, the one guy wearing the flag as a bandana (after someone called him "Professor" I starting calling him "Professor Do-Rag"), then they flee because we meanies are YELLING AT THEM. Poor babies. Waaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!
Do you think they'll still come out in the cold? I think there may be limits to the America-hating efforts of these gutless clowns. I hope so, anyway.
A great way to honor our vets on Veterans Day.
jhopkins and I will surely be back, but my husband has a really bad back and standing was bad. Perhaps a chair. My grandson isn't with me every Friday night. He usually goes home to WV every afternoon. We had a great time! Hope to see you all again sometime soon.
