bashing Bush over MeirsI DO hope you are not saying that Miers would have appeased them. She was entirely inappropriate. I disagree with Ollie in that I don't know that the war is more important than the border or the Supreme Court. Those are the grand triumvirate of issues we're looking at right now. Without fixing all three, the game may well be over.

I disagree with Ollie in that I don't know that the war is more important than the border or the Supreme Court. The War on Terror is indeed the MOST IMPORTANT thing. If we lose the global war on terror, SHARIA LAW will be the law of the land. No SCOTUS will be necessary and nothing else will matter.

Are you kidding? The War on terrorism, part of which, is the War in Iraq is the most important issue of our time. Remember 9/11?
We don`t know how differently Meirs would have voted then Alioto but I`ll bet not much.
As for the border, thats a work in progress for sure and we need to turn the heat up on CONGRESS and the Rats to do something.
Sorry to say, but the big issue is the War and we can`t lose. Please, support the President.
