Prof Daly's paragraphs are incoherent. Each sentence is a disjoint idea with no bridge from one to the next. Dizzying. An "F" grade.
That's plan B. ;-)

Anti-Harassment Policy
It is the responsibility of everyone (trustees, faculty, administrators, staff, students and visitors) to maintain an academic/work environment free from harassment of any kind whatsoever for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Students and all College personnel are required to maintain an environment that allows students, faculty and staff to enjoy the full benefits of their learning and/or work experience. The use of implicit or explicit sexual attention or other discriminatory behavior to control, influence, or affect the performance or status of an individual is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. It is the responsibility of all (trustees, faculty, administrators, staff and students) to be knowledgeable about sexual harassment and discriminatory behavior, the College policy against behavior, and to inform the Director of Human Resources (Sharon Hintz), who is the Colleges designated Compliance Officer, any manager or supervisor of any and all allegations of sexual harassment or discriminatory behavior received or observed. Prompt reporting will allow reasonable steps to be taken to investigate and remediate the situation. Any student, faculty member, staff, administrative employee, trustee or visitor to the College, determined to have violated this Anti-harassment Policy will be subject to immediate and appropriate disciplinary sanctions. Sanctions for employees may include oral reprimand, written reprimand, probation, suspension (with or without pay), or dismissal from employment. Sanctions for students may include a warning notice, probation, suspension, or expulsion. Non-employees who violate this Policy may be subject to partial or full restriction of their use of the College facilities and access to the campus. The College reserves sole discretion regarding the imposition, enforcement and severity of any disciplinary action taken.
Harassment
This Policy refers to, but is not limited to, harassment for the following reasons: (1) Age, (2) Race, (3) Ancestry, (4) National Origin, (5) Religion, (6) Gender, (7) Affectational or Sexual Orientation, (8) Marital Status, (9) Handicap, (10) Creed, (11) Engagement in protected activity, (12) Veterans Status, or (13) Sex or atypical hereditary cellular or blood trait of any individual; and any other protected category to be subsequently included in the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. Harassment shall include words or behaviors or the display or circulation of written materials or pictures degrading individuals or members of any protected category as listed herein. Any harassment whatsoever of Warren County Community Colleges students, faculty, staff or trustees by other members of the Colleges student body, faculty, staff or trustees will not be permitted, regardless of the relationship whether on or off campus. Such behavior undermines the employment relationship and educational atmosphere by potentially creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment and will not be tolerated by Warren County Community College.
Ah, easy to see why. Here is the rest of his "biography":
English courses generally are taught from a rule-based perspective. Students become overwhelmed with these rules and often find the exceptions make them impossible to manage. Linguistics view language from a descriptive point of viewthat is they understand language in the same way you might organize a sock drawby dumping the contents on the ground and seeing what goes together until finally ending up with a super-efficient drawer (or deeper understand of grammar and writing). Students often respond to this approach.
He got an email from me he won't soon forget. F**king maggot.
Magna Cum Laud !!!!!!
The good professor's words are the sad, pathetic, putrid droolings of a thoroughly demented and depraved mind, void of logic, reason, coherency, or facts.
There is a chance he might not be a DUmmie. In his rant he forgot to make at least one reference to "Chimpy", "Bushitler" or any other DU approved nickname for the President. I think that is is a requirement for any correspondence issued by a DUmmie.
Copies of my letters to "Professor" Daly and President Austin:
Dear Professor Daly:
Just two comments: (1) I hope that you have tenure in hand, as the quality of your writing would not qualify you to teach high school English in a school district with rational standards. (2) When you retreat to your home, I encourage you to give thanks to whatever God you worship that brave men and women are paying a heavy price, and sometimes the ultimate price, so that you can express such misguided ideas.
Contemptuously yours,
Kerry Myers

Dear President Austin:
I write this day to encourage you to call English instructor John Daly into your office "for a frank and earnest exchange of ideas." (A bit of diplomatic English, there.) Mr. Daly seems to have lost sight of the fact that the American college is intended to be a free marketplace of ideas. Mr. Daly's e-mail to his student Rebecca Beach is a blatant suppression of ideas contrary to his own. How does this sit vis a vis the vaunted notion of diversity?
Respectfully yours,
Kerry Myers

The office was closed, so I did a little detective work and found one of them at home.
Except for the fact that the professor is obviously insane, yes his statements, imo, are chargeable as the felony of sedition.
"Professor" daly is himself the fascist.
I know you don't need a PhD to teach, but do you need a PhD to call yourself a professor? Like I said, when I was in college, with rare exceptions, all "professors" had a doctorate degree of some sort. If you only had a MA/MS or BA/BS you were called an "Instructor," "teaching assistant," or "adjunct professor."
"He's a Linguist so I doubt he teaches literature."
He might get away with it -- if he's a cunning linguist.
This guy should be given a choice between receiving a Hindu beauty mark and a Colombian necktie...
