Sheeeesh, it can still be done if your bird is thawed already.. You can still quick thaw it if you need to, but I think you would do yourself and everyone else to visit you favorite restaurant.. We did it, and some restaurants will still serve you the whole bird, and let you carve it at the table.. Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving.. ping me if you decide to tackle it.. :)
