Something I caught on Emril a few years ago, and it's since become one of my favorite things to do with turkey (and not just "leftovers!") is to make Turkey Reubens!

Butter some rye bread, and put it in a pan. Pile on some turkey to heat covered while the bread is toasting, and layer on some aged swiss cheese. Instead of sour kraut, use creamy cole slaw! YUM! I want one right now! Mark

What a great idea, first I love sandwiches of any kind (it's a guy thing) next, I love turkey and it sure beats Turkey Salad Sandwiches, all to hell..YUCK!.. LOL
