West Texas officials followed up the questions with an explanation about Lubbock, "the second-most conservative" town in the United States.
I'm sorry, but this is complete BS. Lubbock is Conservative, but it has it's share of neo-hippies bred by the Tech Mafia.. Please, for all that is good, don't put the library in Lubbock..
