There may well have been an honest disagreement between the board and faculty, but the law on this point is clear. The board has the final say in such cases. Considering that the locals elected new board members who are against ID, do you think this might be a bad argument to use?

The newly elected board members do no take office until after a ruling from the judge is expected.
