The bird was trespassing and it would try to kill you if you tresspassed in its nest.

It's not human's fault that birds haven't thought to invent guns yet.

Stupid unarmed birds.

Who cares? It was a bird! One time my cousin and me caught a sparrow because we wanted to see what was going on inside.... well enough of that.
