"When everybody is weaker, you all come out even," he said. Someone should tell this poor fool that when everyone is weaker, that's when they get steamrolled by someone who is stronger.
Small wonder France has been conquered so many times.
...and thank God that Kerry didn't get elected! I remember all too well how the French admired him!
