Yes, and a lot of them seem to be coming from SoCal. The real estate market here has gone bonkers in the last 18 months or so.
As long as they vote R, it's not so bad.

You should see what the Californians did to the Real Estate Market in Prescott and Sedona Arizona YIKES! like Los Angeles Prices now..
Pretty funny because many of the prescott residences are the hollywood folks who became sick and tired of Hollywood...
I also think that Native Californians usually move to the western regional states because for the most part we have attitudes that mimic the living in the west.
Californians do not DO WELL IMO living in mid west and southern states because we never had the attitudes they carried for so many many years..although we can relate to them on some levels in many ways we still cannot.
