"our fundamental principles are, which is less government, lower taxes and a strong national security"

Which is why his group opposes spending cuts and drilling at ANWR? Apparently he hasn't been taking his medication.

After being skunked by the Dems on the budget bill (and giving up drilling in ANWR), I tend to agree with Bass, but not for the same reasons. Hastert is not a strong leader, but I disagree with Bass' contentions about DeLay. Especially after DeLay finishes chewing Ronnie Earle up and spitting him out, I think he will return to Capitol Hill ready to take on the leftists more aggressively and retreat from substantially fewer fights.

He said the House Republican conference "would be healthier and more unified if we had real elections and if [former House Majority Leader] Tom DeLay would step aside for the good of the conference.”

In other words, these democrats in sheep's clothing (RINO's) would rather be a minority and support the left wing extremist wackos rather than actually work for a living or the American voter.

We've got to get rid of THIS guy - vote him out.

Saw him on tv the other day, he knows his talking points but can't think and is very self satisfied. I'd like to drop his sorry butt in the anwr and let him walk out, he'd last less than 36 hours.

SOROS-puppet RINOs..... every headline, to be accurate, should begin with "SOROS RINO Rep. Bass says......" etc. etc. These people have no clue about the war on terrorism, about energy policy and economics, about anything at all.....

"...we are about what our fundamental principles are, which is less government, lower taxes and a strong national security."

There is a fundamental disconnect in Rep. Bass' thinking. If the above represents his policies, then why is he leading the charge against drilling in ANWR?

Having wrapped himself in the mantle of "moderation", I suspect Bass couldn't care less about "less government, lower taxes and a strong national security".

That the SOROS Republicans identify Delay as a threat is a credit to Delay.

For same reason the Islamofascists identify Sarkozy as a threat.

For same reason the MSM views Rush as a Threat.

For some reason McCain sees the internet as a Threat.

For the same reason Libs/RINO's/dictators across the Globe see Bush as a Threat.

It means these individuals or organizations (Free net/blogs, Drudge, FR) are impediments to their exercising control.

Bass earned a score of 20 in the JBS's 2005 Congressional Conservative Index...a score lower than Barney Frank, John Conyers, even the admitted socialist from Vermont Bernie Sanders
