Hello? Mr President? Is this enough reason for you to close the borders? If one of these guys opens fire in a mall, blows himself up in a bus or hotel, or sets off a suitcase nuke, do you know who should be and will be held responsible (and IMPEACHED)????? HELLO??

*crickets*

"Further, an increasing number of Texas law enforcement officials are reporting al-Qaida-related arrests and activity, and say the nation's porous borders are making it easier for suspected terrorists to infiltrate the U.S."

Note to GWB / Chertoff the sock puppet.

Grow a set, please.

It's too late to close the borders. I think that the damage has been done. Let's hope that the FBI and the CIA can find these terrorist before we get hit. President Bush made a grave mistake, and if it starts, he will be remembered for all the hurt Americans suffer on our homeland. Iraq will be remembered as a little thing compared to what we might suffer.

Hold on to your hats folks!

I fear we are in the first days of the next World War and no one realizes it yet.

(Or no one wants to.)

Worse, analysts say, as Mexican authorities expend resources to combat drug-related violence, they have fewer assets available to monitor terrorists or terrorist activity. Someone had best check, ah forget it..... We know the Mexicans are on our side.....

.. they have spotted unknown paramilitary looking forces, equipped with "professional backpacks" and walking together in a military cadence... the county's deputy sheriff, Guadalupe Rodriguez, told WND he believed the armed men were foreign and were not drug smugglers. "They are not your regular traffickers that you get," he said, adding he didn't want anyone to "draw conclusions" or "get worked up" about the report.

Well, I "draw conclusions" from it and am "worked up" about it! And so should every other American who gives a rat's a$$ and is getting sick and tired of this crap!!

Frankly, if this Administration doesn't do something about this and an attack happens (and it likely will), the entire Republican Party will be thrown out of office in 2008 - and should be! Unfortunately, they will be replaced by the Dems, who care even less and will ultimately wave the flag of surrender!

Excuse me, please. I'm going into the other room where I can have my stroke in peace!

This was bound to happen, and Bush is lucky it took them so long. Maybe we'll fix the border before they manage to blow up L.A. or Denver. Maybe not.
