The youth in America are being LIED to by liberal politicians and the mainstream media... but we've come up with a GREAT way to get the TRUTH to them: MUSIC.
The Right Brothers, a conservative music duo out of Nashville, has released a new song that does what needed to be done: it tells the TRUTH. Titled Bush Was Right, the song hits the listener with fact after fact after fact - but the tune is so catchy, and the music is so driving, you can't help but sing along (especially on the chorus)!
(Click Here to hear a sample of the song now!)
The truth about Iraq... the truth about the economy... the TRUTH... set to music.
This is what the youth in America need. They're already bombarded with songs on the radio and videos on MTV that trash our President, conservative beliefs, and traditional American values. From Mosh by Eminem, to Idiot Son of an A**hole by NOFX... all of these songs serve to fill young people's minds with LIES.
And of course, everywhere they turn, the mainstream media is lying to them about the FACTS -- like the FACT that WMDs were found in Iraq, including enriched uranium, chemical weapons agents, chemical warheads containing cyclosarin, radioactive materials in powdered form, roadside bombs loaded with mustard and "conventional" sarin gas, etc.; or the FACT of clear, uncontested, proven links between Saddam Hussein's Iraq and Al Qaeda; or the FACTS of all of the GOOD news that's happening in Iraq, which the media refuses to report!
We think it's time they hear the TRUTH - so we're launching a full-out nationwide campaign to get this new song full of TRUTH onto MTV and radio stations across America!
WILL YOU HELP US? We're putting together a "kickin'" music video right now, and we're preparing a HUGE grassroots campaign to get hundreds of thousands of people to request Bush Was Right! on MTV's "Total Request Live" show... leading to our demands for it to be played in regular rotation!
If they DON'T - then we'll hit the media in a BIG way, showing how MTV plays left-wing videos while CENSORING conservative videos!
If we frame the discussion in terms of whether Bush lied or not, we've already lost because that's the discussion the left wants to have.
I'd emphasize other things to the public--
1) We f---ed Saddam Hussein, a midterm WMD threat. Ceteris paribus, the world is a better place because of it.
2) The USA has shown a willingness to spend dollars and spill blood to defend itself. If one gives the militants an inch, they'll walk all over everyone, like in France.
3) Our presence in Iraq functions like a giant terror sponge. Jihadists are going to their backyard in Iraq to fight America instead of killing civilians here. We either fight them there, or we fight them here.
4) Leaving the Iraqis behind who are fighting for their freedom to face the jihadists alone would be criminal.
5) Our presence in Iraq has strategic value. Iran and Syria sponsor international terror with a passion. If another major attack occurs, they know they're next, no questions asked. As a result, there's a powerful incentive for them, as long as they aren't nuclear, not to support groups aiming terrorism at the USA.
I'd much rather discuss these points, then, let us say, whether Cheney's claim that Hussein reconstituted nuclear capability was accurate.
I'm sorry, but that song is absolutely terrible....
And I thought that the music industry in general was putting out garbage, but this is truly, truly awful musically.
Uuuuummmm....I'd leave the music front to Charlie Daniels, Toby Keith, et.al.
I love the music, though the lyrics could use some improvement. Sounds a bit too much like "We didn't start the fire." Chorus is great. "You can dance to it. I give it a 90, Dick."
'Cept for the fact that teens ain't mostly listening to Daniels, Keith, et al.
May be a good idea but it won't work.
Well, a good intention anyway.
How about the truth on big spending and mentioning that he is the first president ever to not veto a bill...
Be careful what you ask for...
I think it's a catchy song. MTV will never play it, but maybe on VH1 or the Country Music station.
It does sound a little like that Billy Joel song...can't think of the name of it.
We didn't start the fire.
Ah, yes...thank you.
The "neener neener neener" lick is pretty cool.
Agree... I don't even care for Charlie Daniels or Toby Keith (just personal preference), but I would say either of them is an absolute musical genius in comparison to "the right brothers"...
Just something to check out...
