School buses are a security and liability nightmare. Drivers are expected to drive and babysit at the same time, and it is not possible. Add to that the administrations' refusal to kick the disruptive kids off the bus.

I drive buses once in a while. There is no way the driver can be responsible for the actions in the back of the bus. It takes too much concentration in front of the bus.

Add to that the administrations' refusal to kick the disruptive kids off the bus. That's what struck me ... why are the boys allowed to be on the buses at all?
