You are a Christian and yet you do not believe that life was intelligently designed? I'm having trouble comprehending that concept. Help me out here.
Perhaps if you defined what it means to you to be a Christian.
Can one be a Christian and yet reject the idea that God made the heavens and the earth and all that in them is?
I believe God created the universe I do not believe he created man in the way that mankind stubbornly believes.
I believe that if a being such as God has no limits then creating a universe with physical laws is part of that process. In other words if God created the universe he created the mechanisms called evolution also. Why is that hard to understand? Free will is not just part of human choice, but part of the fabric of existence. Starting a system by no means implies controlling that system so that events transpire in a planned or divine inspired outcome.
My notion of Christianity is not the issue the issue is the notion of ID and that i reject it utterly
Yes, my definition of "created" and yours probably differ drastically
