The answer is tougher sentences up front, not to find ways around the law.

That's a better solution. But if Pitaki has to do this to protect society from these vermin, so be it. Public safety takes priority over Robert's Rules of Order.

I'm with you. If justice isn't handed out correctly by our court system, why do citizens not have the right to do so in their stead?

Execution would be 100% effective in preventing any of these predators from commiting those crimes again. If the courts can't get it done, I have no problem letting others perform the task.

I've always said to friends that I would "hang" a jury I was on if they attempted to convict a person of manslaughter if they hunted and killed someone who molested/raped/murdered a family member. In fact, I'd rather give them a medal for being an outstanding citizen.

Public safety takes priority

The public is not safe when the government is permitted to find ways around the law.

This came up on O'Reilly who was speaking to the NY Attorney General.

We're familiar with O'Reilly's crusade to get Megan's law passed in all 50 states and NY is one of the states where he is focusing his attention because of the far left loons! I believe that one of these 12 had received 2 years for raping/molesting a 9 year old boy for 3 years.

Personally I would like to see a proactive sentencing so that these pre-verts can revert to societal good guys. No jail time just one simple operation. Harvest their cornea, liver, lungs, heart and pancrease. These would be used for those ill and in need of organ transplants. Afterwards the pre-verts are free to go!!!(IRONY ALERT)

The public is not safe when the government is permitted to find ways around the law.

Is that true in this case? Will the public be safer if these perverts are released into the community?

The larger point is that a bad law is no law. If you want to live as a slave to parliamentary procedure, be my guest. As for me and my house, we will serve the Truth.

Thank you O'Reily...

For giving the names of all twelve.

For stating what crimes they committed.

For showing the length of the sentences received.

After seeing that, all I can say is --- GOOOO Pataki !!!
