I think its more that the White House realized it cannot count on the cowards in the Senate.
Its about time. And its about time to start kicking some punk senate ass in our own party as well.

During WWII there was a little ditty that went something like, "No OO at all......" and on for several lines. Can't remember the rest of it. Perhaps it could be put on a brass plaque and delivered to congress.
