There's a little thing called the constitution..if you are born here you are a U S citizen. Are you ready or have the ability to change the constitution?

The Constitution needs to be amended. There is a procedure to do so, which is also in the Constitution.

That section of the COnstitution needs to be repealed.

It was adopted post Civil War to prevent loss of citizenship rights for newly freed slaves.

It was never intended to be a free ticket for illegal invaders to slip under the naturalization screen.

I'm not trying to be a smart alick here so please don't get the wrong idea.
But I'm wondering where in the constitution it says children born to non citizens are citizens?
Does it really address this issue or is it one of those things that some court found in there buried "between" the lines?
