It's amazing that the NYT is believed when it suits the purpose.

The fixation on WMD's and the defense of them is wrong-headed.

Iraq was in violation of UN resolutions. WMD's were a factor, not the whole enchilada.

You miss the point entirely I'm afraid. They suddenly get amnesia when it comes to WMD and Iraq. I never said that the article was true or not true, but we all need to remember that they reported this, and not some organization that some might question as "right wing news".
