Police in Northern Virginia said today they have identified the woman known as the "cell phone bandit" and are looking for her in connection with four bank robberies conducted while using a cell phone.
The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said the woman is Candice Rose Martinez, 19, of Chantilly, Va., and said arrest warrants have been issued."

She's stuck on the phone with that annoying "can you hear me now" guy.

How dangerous.
We need a law requiring a "hands free" device for all cell phones used during bank robberies.
OK, OK...maybe she is legal, but I had to get that out of the way.

Maybe not breaking news, but the Cell Phone Bandit AKA Candice Rose Martinez was arrested this AM at 3:40 EST.
Martinez's attorney argues that the holdup note actually belongs to a much older robber, and was typed on a Texas Air National Guard base in 1973.
