I had a lot of fun shooting it, and it was unusual, in that it was a tubular repeater. I put a lot of rounds through that old rifle.

I now have a model 582 which is somewhat similar in that it is a tubular feed bolt action. It actually has six rear lugs which is overkill for a .22 rimfire but still nice.

It is a good shooter but not quite as accurate as that old model 513. I think the fact the stock has to be cut out for the tubular mag may hurt accuracy a little.

But like I said, it is still a good shooter.
