I think we also need to send snail mail letters.Snail mail is still being diverted for Anthrax screening, if I understand the process correctly. The last I heard there is a 6 wk delay in mail delivery. Phone and email are much better choices IF my information is correct.

I talked to somebody at the Capitol switchboard a few months ago and asked about snail mail. They told me that the delivery of standard postal letters was down to 4 or 5 days. IMHO, snail mail gets a LOT more notice than any other form of communication. Post away!.
