What if he had said the same thing on CNN or Fox - that the president had already made up his mind? would that be reason too?
There have been a number of sources that said publicly they thought the President determined early on to invade Iraq no matter what. Now I think they were probably wrong but it's not treason, IMO.
Rockefeller said he TOLD HEADS OF STATE in Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia that we were coming! THAT IS TREASON! No war plan had yet been announced!
We do know that these visits were a full 9 months before Congress voted on the war. We do know that these visits were a full 14+ months before the President announced the invasion into Iraq.
The question is- Is their a way to find out each and every statement that Rockefeller made about the war in Iraq from January 2002 thru to March 2003.

Here is my plan:
1) Call Roberts office. I never got through yesterday.
2) Write a letter to Roberts and send it snail mail. I got a few freepmails telling me that there isn't as long a wait as there used to be due to the anthrax screenings - it's down to a few days.
I will ask Roberts if Rockefeller was sent (doubtful) and if he had known this before Sunday and quote Rockefeller about meeting with heads of state of our enemies to warn them that troops were coming to their region soon. I want an investigation and at the least, a censure on the floor of the Senate.
These Senators have to be the laziest bunch I've ever seen in my life. There was no reason to drop that investigation of Shelby and we shouldn't have to be the ones calling asking for an investigation into Rockefeller.

Well, this carpetbagger went to WV, also known as Byrdland, became governor to lay the foundation for his seat in the senate. Byrd and Rockerfeller keep their state at the bottom of the country but their sheeple keep right on voting them in. They both are obstructionists and are adept in the dem party's plan of blocking anything attempted by the Republicans that will be good for the country.

Trying to put myself in the shoes of a terror supporting dictator here:
If I see some AH bleating on CNN or Fox, I conclude that AH is grandstanding for political points at home.
If the AH comes to my dictatorship and whispers in my dictator ear and I know that this AH is on the Intelligence Committee, I'm gonna conclude two things--1) that I have an ally (AKA treason committing traitor) within the American government and 2) that I better prepare, including protecting the muslim controlled WMDs in a safer place...
No sarcasm here. I think it's time to put bars on some Congressional windows- and a lock and a guard at those doors.

I am sorry I missed this segment on FOX. Chris Wallace is clearly a lot more intelligent than Rockefeller.
