Why is It that when the police accidentally shoot someone or shoot an innocent by mistake, it's immediately instantly forgiven by many on this forum. There are seldom charges brought.
Was he indeed exercising his constitutional right to protect himself against an aggressor? I don't know... The article isn't clear on that.
It's tragic that an Innocent girl was killed, but that happens every day with the LEO's and nobody says anything except that it was a accident.
