This is why I celebrate the idea that the Net will "level the playing field" both in news gathering/interpreting and in "higher" education- who needs to go into $40,000 per year debt X 4 or more years, in order to learn how to parrot the PC lines? Esp'y when you can turn on, tune in, and get a much broader, truer education via the Net???? It's coming. The only reason for going through a liberal arts "education" will be a "social" one- like it pretty much used to be (to become "well-rounded"!!!). But I digress ...
