Mideast Democracy Summit Ends in Animosity

MANAMA, Bahrain — A U.S.-backed Mideast democracy and development summit ended in rancor Saturday despite adoption of two initiatives that are part of President Bush's push to expand political freedom in a region dominated by monarchies and effective single-party rule.

A draft declaration on democratic and economic principles was scuttled after Egypt insisted on language that would have given Arab governments greater control over charitable and good-government organizations.

And, this is just another classic example of how the Washington "government" TAKES OUR MONEY and throws it away --- let's see, add this to ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION support, support for many of our worst enemies, socialistic subsidies for farmers, socialist excessive medical programs, socialist subsidies for poorly managed businesses,....and the list goes on.

Waste, after waste. But the libs say we NEED TO RAISE TAXATION!! More waste, more PORK, more votes to buy!!

Stop supporting Egypt with our foreign aid...tell those rag-heads to get hep from their fellow rag-heads....then use the money that went to them to build a southern-wall to keep out the illegals...whatever is left over, build one on the northern border...free trade, yes; free rides, no.
