I think monthly would be good .. but vary the time of day when you give the speech. Morning speeches are lost on those who work. Evening speeches will get more of an audience than morning.
When "Commander in Chief" is on and then when "The West Wing" is on. Those are alternating times, aren't they? LOL!!!
