Nope. Unless you have a phone connection to the receiver, they have NO way to monitor your viewing. I am not sure they could even over the phone.

I do have a phone connection as they request. In order to order pay per view quickly and efficiently it is necessary.

ER..UH...yes they can!
I have dish network, have unplugged any phone line to it, had a problem that I explained to them, they accessed my system by sending a personal sat signal to my system to correct the problem.
I watched them do it live on my TV screen!
