Yet, when media takes poll on weekly basis to discredit Bush, only 28% to 31% republicans' opinions are taken into account in those manipulated polls. I read this in Wall Street Journal.
"One puzzle these days is why Americans are so confident at the shopping mall and so glum in opinion polls. By many measures, the country's prosperity is broad-based. Families are buying and renovating homes at a ferocious pace. Stores are projecting best retail sales figures for the holiday season. Business community is happy. Stock market is rebounding. Since mid-2003, the number of payroll jobs has increased by 4.2 million. The unemployment rate of 5 percent is low by historic standards. But in polls, Americans are downbeat.... We have a real economy and a rhetorical economy. What is actually happening and what media say is happening. The first is often more stable than the second"
You are so right in your excellent post. There are sooo many positives which show that the President and his Agenda are doing great yet the polls do not show this. Part of the reason is what questions they ask,how they ask them and to whom they ask these questions, and how negatively they present these polls in their articles. They make the News as usual instead of reporting the News. Most Republicans work and screen their calls, that is f the media tries to contact more that 23% of them. I only look at Rasmussen Polls anymore, and not very often.
Geeeee .. you don't think there is such a thing as "flawed" polls do you ..?? I mean we can have "flawed intelligence" .. so why can't we have FLAWED polls ..??
Hmmmm?? Maybe some people are starting to catch on - the MSM is lying about the poll numbers.
