That’s very interesting. I’ve had a “whose on first” argument with my wife on that many times. Hispanics are Hispanics she says, and I say, no, they are white. I didn’t realize that Hispanics had insisted on their own classification.
Their drivers licences used to say White back when drivers licenses could say such things.
