I lost ALL respect for Judge Napalitano when he thought it was just wonderful when judge Greer defied Congress and ordered the withholding of food and water (illegal in the State of Florida) to hasten the death of a woman who did not have a living will stating those were her wishes; absent a living will, the law has, historically, ruled on the side of life.

I'll take Brian's preening any day to a judge who doesn't condemn his "brother" in crime, simply because it's another judge. That's as bad as the "blue wall of silence."

I agree, Napolitano’s opinion as described above was neither morally nor intellectually justifiable. I guess he wimped out on us.

I did not hear Napolitano on Judge Greer. But if he said, what you say he said -- I agree with you.
