Scientists can't even tell with certainty how the Pyramids were created a few thousand years ago. How can they claim to know the origin of life? Does the inability to know exactly how the pyramids were built suggest they have a supernatural or alien origin?

Unless you first reject the possibility of the existence of God it is unscientific to a priori rule out the possibility of a divine creation of life. Naturalism does not equal science.
