Either state the Soviet Union provided those funds or state that Russia, Ukraine, Belaruss, Moldova, Kazakstan...etc... provided those funds, since all those nations were part of the CCCP. Can't have it both ways.
Soviet Union is the anglicanised way of saying CCCP.
CCCP was the cyrillic way of saying "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics".
