This Wright Ammendment is anti-competitive Barbra Streisand and is a dinasaur just like she is!

The WA was necessary to get airlines to agree to the construction of DFW.  No one wanted to spring for a regional airport and pay the price while their competitors scooped up passengers at local airports.  It may be time to dump it, I don't know.  But over-the-top rhetoric is just that.

Why is DFW so great and important? If Dallas Love would be incapable of handling the traffic load without DFW, competition for slots there would drive up prices enough to make DFW worthwhile. But if Dallas Love could handle the traffic, DFW would seem a waste of money.
