"Good fences make good neighbors" - Robert Frost
"Southwest National Lion Preserve" has a nice ring to it.
What? At least 50% (by Border Patrol statistics) of illegals are never seen at the border. They cross undetected. How do you fingerprint a wraith?
Well, I would allow for Ranchers to put landmines on the border, but I'm an extremeist.
I see...
I think the idea of parallel fences with clear ground between them, posted earlier, might not be a bad idea.
I'm not the kind that agrees with landmines, per se.
Tiger traps, maybe...
Petulant.
You're going to get a Socialist Community of North America, and you're going to get it good and hard.

I could put an end to it in a year. You'd have to put me IN CHARGE and probably suspend the Constitution and/or declare martial law. Some would not like my draconian and wry sense of justice. But I guar-un-tee my methods would work.

""Looking at the big picture, I believe we should, rather than retrenching into the isolationism that tempts some, build upon our relationships," he said."
So using that logic, Bush should demand that the fence around the WH be dismantled because it's isolationist. The WH can build upon their "relationships"!!
"(3) to reduce the wealth gap between Mexico and Canada, and between Mexico and the United States."
ahhh gotta love recycled marxist rhetoric.....

Really nothing new here. Quite consistent with the usual White House position on illegal aliens, i.e., "Lets do nothing some more."
yeah lets keep doing nothing some more until a big mushroom cloud is seen rising from a big city!

Mexico can reduce that gap by overthrowing their corrupt government. They are long overdue a revolution.
Our open border policy is hindering what needs to occur down there. We are providing a safety valve for those crooked sob's.
Tony takes his paycheck in pesos.
Does this administration put the interests of every foreign national first? Or does it just seem like it?
