to start with every legitimate handgun owner should publically
state that they are not going to turn in any firearms .
Make them come get them .....
Near as I can tell it would be anti Constitutional to try to enforce this. It has about as much impact as when they declared San Francisco and Berkeley as Nuclear Free Zones! I'm sure this will be tested ASAP, and thrown out.
Will be awaiting the count of firearms willingly turned in by the deadline (April 1st.) There is apparently no buy-back offered.
