Let's just say that when the Big One hits SF, it will be a struggle to muster the funds to rebuild. Since the denizens of that place are such nature lovers, it should be a wildlife sanctuary with absolutely no humans allowed.

If it happens before 2009, Bush will have no problem finding a few hundred billion lying around to throw at SF!! See New Orleans for an example.
